Networking is a key element of the Media Honeypot and while you use the networking area and industry specific stage programme for ad-hoc meetings, you prepare yourself by engaging through the Deal Room to pre-schedule relevant meetings.
Through our online meeting platform, Deal Room, you will be able to set up 20-minute meetings with other attendees in advance of the event that suit your schedule.
We encourage each attendee to schedule at least 10 to 15 meetings in advance to meet as many as possible relevant contacts for intensive one-to-one sessions.

Do your research: who is the relevant person from the company that you really should meet.
Enter each meeting prepared: know your value for the counterpart & know what you are looking for from the other person.
Be honest: if a meeting turns out to be less relevant within a few minutes, thank each other and focus on other leads, you can also recommend a person that would be a better fit in your company.
