Previously Laura Avonius was responsible for market expansion at Data Refinery. She has extensive experience in innovating new digital businesses and utilization of data. After years in various leadership positions at Nokia, the latest position building Nokia’s data asset, Laura moved to the media industry to build new revenue streams and digital products. In that role, she achieved with her team over 40% growth of programmatic revenue, and built new revenue streams from data. The technological innovation they built for data monetization was branded as Data Refinery and it was span off from Aller as a subsidiary on September 2017. The past year Laura has been leading the international expansion of Data Refinery, and has onboarded Sweden and Denmark to be part of the data ecosystem.
